Philippe is back with us.  Phillipe Coquard owner of Wollersheim Winery & Distillery & Bistro in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin.   We will talk a little about his success during with this year’s deer hunt – Check out the photo with his  adorable grandchildren.  And then we will talk about the 50 Year celebration of Wollersheim Winery!  What a success it has been!  And then we will talk about the Wollersheim Distillery, the Bistro’s success with Chef Roman Coquard  and his staff and the fabulous food they serve.  Hope we can fit all this in!
