Taxidermy – Preserving Memories AND Lake Winnebago Fall Trawling Report
We are grateful that Mike Richards has agreed to come back to the show this fall to help us prepare our animal for the taxidermist. Mike is owner of Mike Richards Taxidermy in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Mike’s specialty is preserving memories with incredible live-looking taxidermy of big game since 1996. We are going to discuss what we need to do with that trophy buck in order to get the best result in the mount. Mike has a big variety of mounting options and he pays attention to every detail.
We are honored that Mike is a long-time sponsor of Ultimate Outdoors Radio.
Our second guest this week is Mike Arrowood is the Chairman for Walleyes for Tomorrow (WFT). Mike will share with us the report of the Fall Lake Winnebago Trawling. This report indicates walleye population and walleye aging.
“WFT is a project-oriented organization with the goal of increasing the population of walleye in the waters where habitat projects are undertaken. From our first project, the Eureka Dam Project on the Fox River in Wisconsin, WFT has been actively promoting more robust walleye populations through spawning habitat construction, enhancement and rehabilitation.”
