Bow Hunting Bucks, Wacky Worm Fishing, What’s New in Lures

Hey!  Bob Loomis is back with us this Saturday to talk about what is new in the wonderful world of lures…Macks Lures, that is.  Bob is with the Mack’s Lure Company out of Wenatchee, Washington.

“Mack’s Lure was created in 1969. At the time, Vern McPherson and his wife, Edna, lived in Riggins, Idaho. It was there that a close friend of the McPherson’s designed the very first lure Vern would offer fishermen — the now world-famous Wedding Ring® spinner.  In the beginning, Vern, Edna and their son, Ray, manufactured all of the tackle. Vern took these new fishing lures from store to store, giving storeowners an opportunity to add his products to their inventory. It didn’t take long before fishermen recognized the quality of McPherson’s spinner — and that was just the beginning.”

And Tom “Wacky Worm” Mitchell is back with us, too!  Tom has some tips for us on getting that trophy buck bowhunting.  I know I can use some help in that area.

And….since Tom is an all around outdoorsy guy, we are also going to talk about fishing for that mighty Bass.
