Spring Turkeys, Great Wine & Spirits, and Walleye Fishing…What Else is There?

 

 

 

                

 Many of you know or know of Philippe Coquard from Wollersheim Winery & Distillery in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin.  And some of you may know that Philippe is an avid outdoorsman:  turkey hunting, deer hunting, arrowhead hunter, and of course, vintner and distiller.   We are going to talk with Philippe about his spring turkey hunt, his fall muzzleloader deer hunt, and …what is new at Wollersheim Winery & Distillery and the Bistro.  

In case you have not heard of Philippe and Wollersheim, Philippe is President and winemaker at Wollersheim.  He is a 13th generation French winemaker along with his wife Julie and other family members.  Stop by for a tour, some samples, and lunch at the Bistro!

 

 

Our second guest is Capt. Mike Lewis.  Mike is owner of Exclusively Walleye Guide Service out of Green Bay, Wi.     Mike will give us a fishing report on the waters of Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay.  Ssshhhh – I heard a rumor that the fish are big, active,  and are biting!

Mike is a United States Coast Guard Captain and a Wisconsin licensed fishing guide.  They offer family fishing trips and trophy guide trips.
