Favorite Muskie Lakes AND Discussion of The WI DNR Annual Spring Hearings

Our first guest is Tom Dietz. You may remember him from a few of our other shows. Tom is an accomplished professional Muskie angler and has spent his lifetime chasing this mighty fish around the country. He has been a sales rep for many great fishing gear companies and he has fished competitively on the Professional Muskie Tournament Trail. And we are going to talk about some of Tom’s favorite Muskie lakes.

The second segment of this week’s show is Waldog and The Capt. talking about the upcoming WI DNR Annual Spring Hearings. The Wisconsin Conservation Congress and Department of Natural Resources will offer their annual opportunity for the public to provide input on a variety of natural resource related questions and proposed rule changes beginning on April 10, 2023, at noon.

There is an online questionnaire available through a link on this link to the DNR webpage, from April 10 at noon through April 13 at noon.

Elections for WCC delegates will take place during the WCC/DNR Open Houses which will be held April 3-6 around the state.
