It is almost time for the Milwaukee Muskie Expo – 2023 and we are going talk with Mike Veserat (of Veserat Productions), the Marketing Director who runs the Muskie Expo.  He will fill us in on what is new and exciting at this year’s show: the new  products,  the exhibitors & demonstrations, the seminars & workshops, giveaways & thousands of door prizes.

We are going to continue our fascinating conversation with Laurie Groskopf.  We began our conversation on last week’s show about Wisconsin’s wolf population and what effects it can have on wildlife and livestock and pets. We will talk about the WI DNR proposed Wolf Management Plan.  

Laurie is Co Chair of  Wisconsin Wildlife Federation, she serves on the WI DNR WCC (Wisconsin.   Conservation Congress) Wolf Advisory Committee, and she has lost two of her dogs to wolf attacks. 

  The WI DNR Wolf Management Plan  is still in draft status and Wisconsin DNR is asking for input until February 28, 2023.
