Jeff Maier of the great Cedar Valley Preserve is joining us to talk about pheasant hunting.  First item on our list is…..pre-season dog training for your faithful hunting companion; your dog needs to be in shape just like you do.  And Jeff will talk about the opening of the pheasant season at the Cedar Vally Preserve.  The Cedar Valley Preserve is set in the rolling hills of Spring Green, Wisconsin.

Craig Swenson has agreed to come back and talk with us about the ‘soon-to-be-upon-us’ duck hunting season –  what to do and where to go.  Craig is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and knows his waterfowl. Craig and his wife Nichol, who has a master’s degree in conservation,  opened Flyways Waterfowl Museum near the north shore entrance to Devil’s Lake State Park in Wisconsin.  The museum is fascinating and very educational for kids and adults of all ages!!
